We always have such a good time when the boys are off from school. Of course, I take pics of it all. Here’s what was happening during their break from school.
They hung out at home.
We made some cookies.
We played a little mini golf.
Mason and I put together the puzzle he got for Christmas.
Alec and Mason played some backyard football on one of our warmer days.
Mason wanted to make a video of Alec riding. Alec’s game for anything that involves him and his dirt bike.
Eventually, they had to go back to school.
It looks like your boys have had a wonderful time off. And you've done such a good job to document it, stunning photos!
ReplyDeleteOH I love seeing boys bake :-) Your photos are beautiful Deb!

Looks like a great time off! Family time is the best! The back to school picture is hilarious! :)
ReplyDeleteVery fun break from school! Have you been on the dirt bike?
ReplyDeleteI love how everything looks like a blast and then the last photo it seems they're thinking "are you seriously taking a photo right now?" :P
ReplyDeleteLove it when they are home...hate it when they go back. Stopping by via Happiness Project.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like a good day!
ReplyDeleteOoh, I love jigsaw puzzles. It's been a while since I've made the time to sit down and do one.

ReplyDeleteHi Deb- Thanks for stopping by today!
ReplyDeleteLove your KitchenAid mixer- mine is red because our theme in the kitchen is chili peppers. It is a bright spot each day I walk into the room. I would be lost with out it.
That is great that they'll bake with you! Wonderful pictures, looks like they had a great winter break!
ReplyDeleteWow....baking with boys?? Great pictures!!! Thanks for visiting my blog, and the kind comments!!! I'll be checking back on your posts as well ;)

Well, that last picture sure says it all! :) I love the shots of Life taking place inside - looks like a lot of great family time!
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures, love the last one! Looks like a great day...
ReplyDeleteI LOVE older kids that just look like GOOD kids, you know? Beautiful shots! I got your comment on the linky...which is a great idea! But, I'm really struggling with being able to respond back to comments; in fact, I'm writing a little bit in tomorrow's post that I just can't keep up the pace. I'd feel more pressure with a linky to comment to everyone. I'm not sure if you followed my blog when I started touch-up Tuesday. It just got to the point where it was taking over...writing everyone back. Chelsey from Paper Heart Camera took it over for me.
ReplyDeleteSo all that rambling to say... it's a wonderful idea; I'm just not able to keep up. And I appreciate everyone's comments so much!!! It makes me sad that I can't respond to every one.
I truly appreciate when you stop by...thank you! Have a wonderful rest of the week! :-)
Looks like a fun break. great pics.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a whole lot of "boyness". I think that I just saw a glimpse into my future with my two boys. Great post.
ReplyDeleteI love your week with the boys Deb! It looks like you had a really wonderful time!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shots! I love all of them, especially the shot of them just sitting around visiting. So candid and absolutely perfect.
ReplyDeleteLooks like non-stop fun!! Love your shots, and your boys are so handsome! Your home looks lovely too :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun break! Love your lime green mixer!! And that last shot is about how all kids feel when winter break is over, isn't it!?
ReplyDeleteThanks Deb for letting me see Alec and Mason via photos!! Looking forward to seeing ya'll tomorrow night! I have missed our BR Grands!! Enjoyed seeing how they have enjoyed their winter break!
ReplyDeleteLooks like everyone had a great time, and they look like really good kids! This shows you what stage of life I'm in, but when I first saw that last shot I thought your son had a spit-up stain on his shoulder. Yeah, just a shadow but it's such a common accessory for me these days that my mind went there first :)
