We all love to go to Gary's family's land out in the country. It's so nice spending the day outside in such a lovely place.
It's beautiful with lots of trees.
I love these two oak trees standing side by side in the middle of the field.
We have a tiny orchard with a couple of pear and persimmon trees.
There's lots of room for riding the dirt bike.
And a beautiful shady spot for a picnic.
Sandwiches taste better out there.
My favorite part is the winding path through the woods to the river.
You never know what you might find there.
I am sure everything tastes much better out there. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun place! Love the dragonfly shot!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like a beautiful place to go and spend some time. Your second shot of the two trees is lovely.
ReplyDeleteThere is something great about a weekend out away from the hustle and bustle of life.
ReplyDeleteWe were in KY visiting my family a few weeks back and it was so nice to be "in the middle of nowhere."
I'm not much of an outdoor person anymore but I could be game for a day like that!
