scavenger hunt: july 3

1. pop of color - I'm not a big fan of carrot juice, but it sure is a pretty color.

2. crossing thresholds - This is the only one I didn't find this week. It's a church that I photographed last summer.

3. x-ray - The closest I came to an x-ray looking image is this black and white of my crepe myrtle blooms.

4. toy - We don't have a lot of toys around here any more, but riding his dirt bike is definitely Alec's favorite thing to do.

5. farm - I was thinking about what to do for hidden and then I realized I took a pic of Gary's dad on his tractor yesterday.

    I love the church doorway. The brickwork is amazing, the lighting and plants set it off beautifully.

    These are great! I agree, I am not a fan of carrot juice, but my mom loves the stuff! Alec is so talented on his bike!

    Great shots, I love the bike and the tractor one. I've never had carrot juice but I would imagine it would not be the tastiest stuff.

    Nice set! The wheel-y on the dirt bike is incredible. Love that color in the carrot juice and I thought a church would be perfect for threshold and your church shot is beautiful!

    COOL dirt bike and that tractor too !!! ( my godson loves skateboarding ! he has some cool pic of it but I don't have none :(

    now I forgot those other pics but church door are always cool and trees like in bright sun light are so nice too ! Have a nice week !!!!

    Great shots Deb, and I'm not a fan of carrot juice either.

    The church was so pretty and of course you have toys, boys never outgrow them.

    Great collection! I think the xray shot turned out cool, and love those last two! I swear that last one looks like he is riding a giant toy tractor! LOL! Did you use your big zoom for that one? Love it!

    Great snaps this week Deb. Love that tractor shot and the big boy toys. I see why that church shot stuck in your mind-beautiful soft focus too. Carrot juice, I agree to look at, yes; to drink, yuck.

    I love the thresholds shot even if it was taken from the archives. It's a beautiful shot!

    Oh, and by the way, the other eagle is sitting on a branch on the tree to right of the picture. Can you believe that shot was only taken about a mile from our house? One of the benefits of living in the Northwest.
